Bandwidth Management and Firewall is a freeware bandwidth management app and networking program developed by Soft in Engines for Windows. It's light on system resources, reliable and straightforward.

Reserving and limiting bandwidth, firewall, 350Mbit and higher data flows
Simple installation on Windows 2000/XP/2003 gateway without using QoS. Goal of this product is operation speed, it is able to operate on 350Mbit/s and more data flows without loss of bandwidth. Bandwidth managing or firewall setting is possible by protocols: Ethernet, IP, UDP, TCP, ICMP, state firewall has DoS attack protection. Dynamic bandwidth reservation, it reserves bandwidth only when needed.

What version of Windows can Bandwidth Management and Firewall run on?
Bandwidth Management and Firewall can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
